WHAT IS THE SEAL OF GOD’S PEOPLE?

There is a religion that insists that the Sabbath-day is the Seal of God’s people and God will depend on this to distinguish those who truly worship him and those who don’t. They go ahead to emphasise that the great controversy between evil and good will manifest itself in those who observe the Seventh-day (Saturday) and those who worship on the first day of the week (Sunday).

Majorly, this religion references from the Old Testament but unfortunately they are selective. The religion of Judaism (Old Testament Cult) had three distinguishing seals:

  1. The circumcision (Genesis 17:9-14),
  2. The Sabbath day (Exodus 31:13,17) and
  3. The passover (Exodus 12:13-14)

The Sabbath day and circumcision were the major seal to God’s people in Judaism the religion of the Old Testament. {Genesis 17:9-14, Exodus 31:13,17, John 7:23, Romans 4:11}

However, the Seal of God’s people in CHRISTIANITY the New Testament faith is the HOLY SPIRIT {Ephesians 1:13, 4:30, 2Corinthians 1:21-22, John 6:27}

To decide what seal one carries they must first tell whether they are under Judaism or under Christianity.

For a religion to emphasise that the Sabbath day is the Seal even to Christianity, is evident enough to what badge they carry.

Every institution has its uniform and it doesn’t matter if different institutions had the same fashion and color of uniforms, the badge will always be different.

Whoever tells Christians that their seal is the Sabbath day and not the Holy Spirit, communicates a particular institution.

God bless you, I invoke Truth, Reason and Faith (2Tim. 2:7)
