WHY YOU SHOULD MARRY AND STAY MARRIED

Many people including myself focus so much on the wrong reasons to marry. We tell people don’t marry for money, for beauty, don’t rush into marriage, don’t marry for a career, don’t marry for citizenship, etc. But we have not really given the right reasons to marry. We have just been prohibiting people and not promoting them, this inspired me to write my list of the RIGHT REASONS TO MARRY, and here they are:

1. LOVE… get married because you love your self enough …as in enough to give others that love and stay fulfilled. Don’t get married if you are still struggling with loving yourself. GET MARRIED BECAUSE YOU ARE READY TO LOVE NOT TO BE LOVED…if you ever be loved back, then hallelujah.
2. TIME… get married because as a sober person you mind the time in all the things you do… If you are a timekeeper, then don’t marry, only time managers should marry. You know what to do and when. If you are a lady, you understand how time whose synonym is age affects everything about marriage. We must understand also that marriage is not something we end but something that ends us or with us…so get married because you really understand the philosophy of TIME.
3. STRONG… marriage is not for the weak, in head, heart and hands. Marriage is for the strong-willed, strong wheeled, and warriors. Marriage is a declaration that you have decided to start babysitting an adult and you won’t stop until the baby accidentally grows or dies. And as you babysit, you don’t spunk you clean all the shit, and bring ice cream always.
4. SEX… Marry because you understand the difference between sexuality and sexual health. If you still perceive sex to be like food (served at home and served better at restaurants) then don’t marry yet, until you know that sex is not food but an exclusive worship ritual that cannot be exercised under or with a different god or goddess.

That is my list of the right reasons to marry. If each is explained and understood what it stands for practically, you will have no other reason better and different from the above four categories.

I am a marriage man and I don’t intend to stop.
