Verse 22-23: You shall not lie with a male as with a woman, it is an abomination. And you shall not lie with any beast and defile yourself with it, neither shall any woman give herself to a beast to lie with it: it is a perversion.
I was listening to the news today and I heard that a certain Ugandan, based in the UK, has mobilised his fellow homosexuals to put pressure on the British government to disinvite President Museveni from attending the Commonwealth in England. The reason that the brother gave is that MUSEVENI is against HOMOSEXUALITY.
Am told and have actually watched it on the news. Women are being paid highly to sleep with dogs.
The greatest argument for homosexuality is twofold:
- It is not NURTURE but NATURE and
- We should all fight Homophobia.
Homosexuals in our generation contend that the sexual preference is not nurtured but it is natural. They say people are born gay and therefore their sexual-orientation is natural and not a learnt or an adopted habit.
Based on the first, homosexuals, therefore, castigate heterosexuals for being homophobic and discriminating people based on their sexual orientations and preferences.
God loves homosexuals but hates and detests homosexuality. This sin is against not just the flesh but even one’s spirit. The Bible is very emphatic on sexual sins. The reason as to why adultery (for heterosexuals = sex between adult male and adult female) is considered to be idolatrous is because SEX IS WORSHIP.
Once we mess up our sexuality we have by default messed up our spirituality. Sex is not mere physiology as men perceive it. It is also a psychology as women appreciate it. Sex is not using any hole on the body. Sex is by design restricted to specific body organs and provisions.
The Bible is not just opposed to homosexuality but also opposed to oral sex and anal Sex by the heterosexuals. The word of God forbids Bestiality (having sex with animals), Necrophilia (having sex with dead bodies), Pedophilia (having sex with children), Pornography (having sex both in mind and practically with media and tangible sexual objects).
God also forbids what we know as Homoerotic (images and literature that presents same-sex relationships as normal – like it is beginning to appear in some schools textbooks), God forbids rape whatever the rationale, be it cultural or moral. And God rebukes sexual relations based on GUIDED CONSENT, let’s someone is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or maybe fear, or the person’s IQ is no matched at all to their partner’s, then God, who is the truth, will judge all of us accordingly.
We all must be serious about our sexual relations knowing that sexual sins go way beyond our physiology.
