TIME IS NOT KEPT BUT USED

Time is not kept. It is used. Stop keeping time, use it.

Stop keeping Saturday time as the Sabbath like one religion emphasizes, use it. It is a symbol of rest, use the rest. Jesus said the Sabbath day is here for man to use not it to use man (Mathew 12)

Look at all public holidays as utensils to use. You are not here forever, stop giving eternal promises.

There is nothing like TIME KEEPING, it is time usage. Schools misled us when they appointed some students as timekeepers. Tere is no store house for time, use it, and please don’t use the time you don’t yet have (future). You only have this time, use it.

Am using this time to write to you. And you are using this time to read. Time is now. That is what the Bible means by its emphasis of TODAY in Hebrews 4.

Whatever you want to do, start now. Go to school and check out the registration, knock on that office door now and ask for the job. Apply now, don’t wait to be given. Ask to be given. Call that person now and tell them how you feel about them.

Make that decision now. If you have decided to leave, leave now. Do not procrastinate or postpone. It is okay to wait but if you are to wait, have the reason to wait now.

My mother told us we should do house warming before it was even finished. I pleaded with her, “let us wait“. She refused and said, “we are doing it now, after all, I don’t know what tomorrow holds“. This old woman taught me that instead of saying I wish I did something, it is better saying am sorry I did it.

Just do it. Students who failed and are doing corrections are better than students who have no assignment at all.

Tell people you love them NOW. Tell people they hurt you NOW. Don’t keep it at heart. Thank people NOW, don’t wait to make a sweet eulogy. We are in the NOW let us be relevant.
