THE PREDICAMENT OF THE LAW

Bugingo denies burning Bibles because there is no EVIDENCE. The the danger of the LAW is EVIDENCE.

Let me tell you why I don’t believe in the LAW as part of the salvation process BEFORE or AFTER. The law is something that fails miserably when it comes to WHY the criminals commit crime and to HOW these criminals might avoid crime and become better citizens.

The law does not does deal with the core-fundamental cause but rather, it approaches the problem from its consequential level be it an ACT or an INTENT.

The Law does a great job in telling us WHAT not to do and what the penalty will be if we do what it forbids. In doing this the law demonstrates and prints the THOU SHALT NOTs and the THOU SHALT in bold-underlined BLACK and WHITE but when it comes to HOW SHALT WE NOTs and the HOW SHALL WEs, the law presents such in SHADES OF GREY.

It is only by the LAW that the saint can be proven a sinner and a sinner proven a saint given the proper legalistic appropriation and use of what we know as EVIDENCE (be it the availability of it or its literally absence).

The Law’s ability to penalize utilizes public guilt as opposed to personal guilt, so if no one else accuses you, then you are not guilty regardless of the truth well known to you. With the LAW there is no ABSOLUTE truth, not even the legal jargon of BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT counts if a genius criminal lawyer arouses “reasonable doubt” beyond the Beyond Reasonable Doubt.

The law asserts social faithfulness at the expense of spiritual faithfulness regardless of how gullible that society that considers you the righteous pope might be.

Finally, the law gives the same penalty aka DEATH to the culprit accused of killing. In other words the LAW is a round-about and a cycle of DEATH.

This therefore makes sense if and only if it has defined RIGHT from what is WRONG. Before you practice any law, investigate it on how it defines the REALITY.

Take for example the 10 laws of the Hebrew Bible – an edition of the Hammurabi Code of ancient civilized society. The Jews did a great work, when they edited the over a thousand laws of the Hammurabi Code and narrowed them down to two categories which suit who man is. Since man is a SPIRITUAL BEING, the first four laws addressed man’s psychology and beyond, something we know as spirituality, and since man is also a SOCIAL BEING, the last six laws concern his body and the society it dwells.

If you look at the first three laws about God directly, you realize that they discuss the problem of man in a prohibitive approach. Man has that natural instinctual worship urge, and his spiritual problems will never cease until he squares on the right object of worship. Whenever his worship instincts are wrongly applied or addressed to a wrong object, man dies spiritually and he will never have REST.

This is where the fourth law comes in to remind man that for him to rest, and have ETERNAL REST, he needs to first deal with the issue of the OBJECT OF (his) WORSHIP. Once you get God wrong, you are likely to get everything psychological and practical wrong. So the fourth law does not emphasize the day (that would be very elemental and misleading) but rather who is worshiped on the day. If he is a Judaism legalistic god that denies him to have come in flesh and saved us by grace through faith alone not by works before or after, then you got him wrong and trust me you can’t rest

Look at another example from another section. The law that says: THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT ADULTERY is one whose interest is limited to PHYSIOLOGY (Health = individual and corporate). Obeying this law cannot be proved by not being caught by those you are cheating from or the religious and civil authorities but it can be proved by two things:

1. Your ideal intentions for or against this principle inferenced in this law (thou shalt not commit adultery) a.k.a faithfulness
2. What your physical health is suffering consequentially as a reward of adulteration.
