HOMOSEXUALITY REVISITED – PART II

In the western world homosexuality is no longer a habit (negative connotations), as it is on the African continent. It is rather a culture and by “culture” I intend to demonstrate the fact that in the western world: Homosexuality is either a product of NATURE (people created naturally with same sex orientation) or a result of NURTURE (people being trained, raised, influenced, biased and conditioned to same sex orientation as heterosexuals “male-female sexual relations”are). Trust me these two positions have been defended by scientists and theologians and unfortunately homosexuality has been indirectly approved through three avenues:

1-the ideology of HUMAN-RIGHTS
2-the theory of RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE
3-the concept of NO DISCRIMINATION

In the western world everyone is entitled to human rights and exercise their freedom as long as it does not affect any “unwilling” individual. And so is now in the African countries…so homosexuals have a right to be, and they can only be judged upon rape just like heterosexuals are…otherwise if they convinced you and you agreed willing there is no crime.

In the western world preachers and religious leaders are by law not allowed to preach against homosexuality, for that would exhibit religious intolerance and a bashing language. Evangelicals like me have preached God’s extreme love of a SINNER at the expense of God’s hatred to the sinner’s SIN. In a sense they have preached the gospel of righteousness by faith in reverse. Instead of emphasizing the wrath of God upon SIN and SINNING, so as to give value to God’s Gracious initiative of saving a sinner from this sin which is the object of God’s wrath, they have emphasized God’s grace as if it can affect and effect anyone’s individual intended choice.

In the western world homosexuality has also thrived on the concept of NO DISCRIMINATION… the idea of acceptance of whoever is a human being as opposed to the pre-modern approach of being accepted morally has also promoted homosexuality. In Europe it against the law to deny or fire anyone from a job over who their sexual partner is. Same thing happens in schools and government institutions.

Slowly but sure homosexuality orientation is being nurtured on what I call the UNIVERSAL ALTER OF THOUGHT AND ACTION. It is an alter where “thinking” is framed and where “action” is designed…and this alter is none other than HOLLYWOOD. Am both a film and movie fun…but according to my experience I don’t recommend anyone naive and young to watch movies. Let me use only two movies (both series) to demonstrate the problem:
1-The Kardashians
2-The Haves and Have-nots

In the kardashian beauty is the idol of worship, and there is a character stationed in this movie to encourage men to switch their identity and become women, everything is fixed apart from the voice…and people in the gay community have this tendency… Kardashian movie preaches to the world that it is okay, you don’t have to be gay to think, look and behave like a woman…start by becoming a woman!!!

In the Haves and Have-nots a couple disagrees on the decision of their only son who is gay. The wife is against the choice of this boy and she goes as far as getting him a girl and yes they do even have sex heterosexually and the girl becomes pregnant. The father takes the side of the boy…but I want you to note that the parents do not disagree on the fact that homosexuality is not the right thing for their son, but the disagreement is on how they each treat the son. The mother thinks the father’s love to the son is more of a motivation to the boy’s wayward orientation. And the father views the mother’s aggressiveness on the boy’s behavior as a risk that might result in loosing their only son.

I hope you now see how Hollywood is shifting the debate from the “WHAT” (its wrong) of homosexuality to the “HOW” (its people who are wrong) of homosexuality. My argument here is that the universal alter of thought and action (Hollywood) is but nurturing homosexuality psychologically. To me then homosexuality is something being cultivated in the minds of people through institutions like: NGOs, schools, Hollywood and music industry, etc. It is now a culture…not a habit.

There are two fundamental elements that constitute a “culture” are these are: 1-People (Social Anthropology) and 2-Economy (daily transactions that determine growth, development and progress). It is my view that their are two vices that have evolved from being a habit (morally judged) to becoming a culture (public psychology) and these are:
1-Corruption
2-Homosexuality
So according to me Homosexuality is here to stay as long as we are a people worth money. And as long as we are a people hungry for power.
